QANTAS B737-800 VH-VZP Operates Domestic Extras.

QANTAS Boeing 737-838 VH-VZP operated an additional Sydney – Hobart rotation this morning as QF1343/QF1342 operating in place of the QANTASLink QF1583/QF1582. The aircraft then operated QF441 Sydney – Melbourne and QF628 Melbourne – Brisbane before operating an additional Brisbane – Canberra rotation this evening as QF1315/QF1316.

QANTAS B737-800 VH-VZP Returns from Sydney Maintenance.

QANTAS Boeing 737-838 VH-VZP, which has been under maintenance at Sydney since 5th October, returned to service this afternoon operating QF530 Sydney – Brisbane. The aircraft has been reconfigured from 12J/156Y to 12J/162Y.

QANTAS B737-800 VH-VZP Brisbane Test Flight.

QANTAS Boeing 737-838 VH-VZP, which has been under maintenance at Brisbane since June 15th, undertook a Brisbane – Brisbane test flight this morning as QF6111.

QANTAS B737-800 VH-VZP Mount Isa Rescue Mission.

Following the earlier Boeing 737-800 technical issue at Mount Isa, QANTAS Boeing 737-838 VH-VZP positioned Brisbane – Mount Isa as QF6125 this afternoon in order to operate the delayed QF1077 Mount Isa – Brisbane.

QANTAS B737-800 VH-VZP Operates Kalgoorlie Extras.

QANTAS Boeing 737-838 VH-VZP operated a Sydney – Kalgoorlie service as QF1212 this afternoon for the Diggers & Dealers Conference. The aircraft then positioned Kalgoorlie – Perth as QF6103 in order to operate a further extra Perth – Kalgoorlie service as QF1214. Finally the aircraft positioned Kalgoorlie – Perth as QF6107.

QANTAS B737-800 VH-VZP Rockampton and Sydney Diversions.

QANTAS Boeing 737-838 VH-VZP operating QF703 Cairns – Melbourne departed on a normal track from Cairns and was close to Barcaldine when it diverted to Rockhampton due to a technical issue. The aircraft was on the ground for almost four hours then departed to Melbourne via Sydney where the crew was changed due to the original crew running out of hours.

QANTAS B737-800 VH-VZP Delivered.

QANTAS Boeing 737-838 VH-VZP began its delivery flight today as QF6024 routing Boeing Field – Honolulu (overnight) – Nadi – Melbourne.  The aircraft is in QANTAS New ‘Roo livery and 12J/156Y configuration with Silverwing seats in Business Class and Panasonic AVOD throughout. This brings the QANTAS Mainline Boeing 737-800 fleet up to 42 aircraft and the QANTAS Group Boeing 737-800 fleet up to 49 aircraft.
