Following the technical issue it encountered yesterday, QANTAS A330-300 VH-QPD positioned Auckland – Sydney early this morning as QF6003 then returned to service operating QF143 Sydney – Auckland.

QANTAS A330-300 VH-QPD, which has been out of service at Brisbane since early on 21st August, positioned Brisbane – Sydney as QF6113 early this morning then returned to service operating QF411 Sydney – Melbourne.

QANTAS A330-300 VH-QPD operated QF35 Melbourne – Singapore this morning, however the aircraft’s next scheduled service as QF82 Singapore – Sydney has been delayed overnight. It is not clear whether this is due to a technical or a crew issue.

Following its technical return on 15th September, QANTAS A330-300 VH-QPD departed Shanghai Pudong this morning operating the delayed QF130 Shanghai Pudong – Sydney of 15th September as QF130D.

Following the technical issue it encountered yesterday, QANTAS A330-300 VH-QPD positioned Melbourne – Sydney as QF6180 this morning in order to operate QF81 Sydney – Singapore.

QANTAS A330-300 VH-QPD arrived into Melbourne this morning as QF30 from Hong Kong (depart Hong Kong 3rd November), however its scheduled return to Hong Kong as QF29 was cancelled due to a technical issue.

QANTAS A330-300 VH-QPD, which has been under maintenance at Brisbane since 23rd April, operated a further Brisbane – Brisbane test flight early this morning as QF6114 then returned to service as QF51 Brisbane – Singapore. The aircraft has been reconfigured to 28J/269Y with Flat Beds in Business Class.

QANTAS A330-300 VH-QPD, which has been under maintenance at Brisbane since 23rd April, undertook a Brisbane – Brisbane test flight late this morning as QF6100.

Following the technical issue it encountered yesterday, QANTAS A330-300 VH-QPD departed Shanghai Pudong late tonight operating today’s scheduled QF130 Shanghai Pudong – Sydney.

Following the technical issue it encountered on 10th November, QANTAS A330-300 VH-QPD departed Jakarta this morning operating the delayed QF42 Jakarta – Sydney of 10th November.

Following the bird strike it encountered on 10th October, QANTAS A330-300 VH-QPD returned to service this evening operating QF30 Hong Kong – Melbourne.

QANTAS A330-300 VH-QPA Rapid Hong Kong Turnaround.

QANTAS A330-300 VH-QPA operated QF29 Melbourne – Hong Kong today and was turned around immediately to operate a delayed QF30 Hong Kong – Melbourne. This was scheduled to be operated by sister VH-QPD but this remains out of service following yesterday’s bird strike.

QANTAS A330-300 VH-QPD operating QF29 Melbourne – Hong Kong suffered a bird strike on approach to Hong Kong and may not be able to operate back to Melbourne tomorrow as scheduled.

QANTAS A330-300 VH-QPD, continuing its delivery to QANTAS as cargo flight QF7628 Singapore – Darwin – Melbourne (depart Singapore 29th October), arrived into Darwin early this morning, however the onward flight to Melbourne has been delayed overnight due to a technical issue with the aircraft.

QANTAS A330-300 VH-QPD was delivered Toulouse – Singapore as QF6008 today. The aircraft is in 1984 livery, 30J/267Y configuration and is named “Port Macquarie”.

QANTAS A330-300 VH-QPD First Flight.

QANTAS A330-300 VH-QPD made its first test flight as today F-WWYU.  The aircraft will be retained by Airbus for development work on the new GE CF6-80E1A3 engine.
